Return Time Frame:
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item is in its original condition and has not been worn or altered.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items that have been resized, engraved, or modified at your request are not eligible for return.
How to Return:

Packaging: Return the item in its original packaging along with any accompanying certificates or documents.
Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. For your security, please ship the return package with tracking and insurance.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know what item you would like instead, and we will confirm its availability and assist you with the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us immediately so we can provide a replacement.
